Global Law Working Papers on the Worldwide Web should be cited as:
Author, Title, Global Law Working Paper no. / year and URL of the main
page of the paper, i.e. the page to which one gets connected when choosing
a specific paper from the annual list of Working Paper Series.
If a specific part of the text is to be referenced, the URL of the relevant file can be used instead of a page number.
Once a paper is uploaded, we do not change filenames. URLs are therefore reliable references.
